Can I get the rules in PDF anywhere? Also, how does this game compare with LnL's other 1980s WWIII game, Heroes of the Gap?

The rules are posted online at http://www.locknloadgame.com/sneakmanuals/DEL-Manual.html

There isn't a PDF download, but you can at least check out the rules. You might be able to take screen shots of each page if you really need an electronic copy.

This is a very different game than either the Lock n Load series (squads) or World at War (platoons), both in scale and mechanics. In this game you're maneuvering battalions across the boards. Each turn represents about 4 hours of time and scenarios represent a few days of fighting.

Thanks for the info. Is the game board mounted? What is the overall quality of the components? (I'm trying to decide if $45 is justifiable...)
