I don't have access to either of these magazines in local libraries. I'll try to find at least one, or get it through inter-library loan.

I've seen clipped ads for sell on ebay which match this text and are advertised as being from 1925. The graphics show the box version pictured below.



So although the rules are copyright 1926, the game appeared in time for the 1925-1926 Christmas season. I'd expect this version to be shown in the 1925-1926 Parker Brothers catalog.
