Hello ,

Does anyone have any suggestions for a new storage solution for my LotR game.

I have everything ever printed for the game currently (except the last gencon scenario)And i feel that the base game box is getting a little beat up due to the games overall weight.

Does anyone have ideas for a more robust card storage solution they can share? Images would be a plus for some creative ideas.

Thanks.

You could always use plain white card boxes (like these: http://www.bcwsupplies.com/products/trading-card-boxes)

Here are a couple of ideas. We used cases like this for storing our Magic cards.

I don't want happiness by halves, nor is half of sorrow what I want. Yet there's a pillow I would share, where gently pressed against a cheek like a helpless star, a falling star, a ring glimmers on the finger of a hand.

And for a lot less than $140 I'm sure.

I was fine with storage problem, until the Hobbit expansion came along.

Wish I was good at crafting so I could make all those fancy compartments and stuff.....

See , I looked at the Standard Card storage solutions ,

and although Super practical as shown, I was seeking something a little more "Elegant" for the storage since its a game i enjoy solo.

The wood storage case solution is realy nice since i do wood inlay work and may be able to decorate the wood with some simple Lotr scroll work and such.

The trick is Finding a box that is large enough to hold Everything currently out... (1336 cards) Yea counted them... and any new expansions for the foreseeable future.

On the note of the hobbit. I will most likely store that back in the Hobbit box when done as one sphere and the quests are only playable in the hobbit scenarios.

Obviously the op is looking for something classier, but who has tried plain old card binders? Are they rough on the cards?

Several answers to your question :
- I want to have every single quest ready to go (no encounter deck building)
- I play solo and triple with friends, I don't want to break my solo decks to build multiple.
- I want to be able to build several deck even for solo and try them/upgrade them anytime I want !
- I despite proxies
- If one day I want to build 2 spirits (or else) monocolor decks, I'm ready !

Yes, I don't like it ;-)
Sorry for the mistake !

I sleeve every single card I have... With Dragon Shield Clear and I store all quests/encounter decks in the sleeves boxes like you can see on the second picture in one of my previous posts.
