The rulebook says I can rez a card at any time, is there any reason I can't rez, say, Adonis Campaign at the end of the Runner's turn, after he's used all his clicks, so that it's safe on my turn and I get to take advantage?

You may rez Adonis Campaign at the end of runner's turn or at the beginning of your turn.

This chart is very useful! Didn't realize it at first but, combined with the run flowchart, basically answered all my timing questions.

VERY IMPORTANT :
Be aware of an oversight in the chart page 33.
The Corp may rez an asset during "3. The runner ENCOUNTERS a piece of ice."

I find the charts much more useful than the flowchart, as they contain more detail. If it weren't for the a few oversights, which will hopefully be corrected with new versions with the FAQ, they would be all that you would need on timing questions.

Of course, I am a advocate of the use of Action Diagrams, which the charts resemble, instead of the now obsolete methods of flowcharts.
