1.In coteII, I maintain the 1 dice per figure for attack + bonus if they applies

2. Catapult: In coteII use the catapult to attack an adjacent territory where you have an already attacking figures, they are at a distance and can't be destroy at this point. But if the defender have catapult he have the choice to attack your own and if he choose this and he hit, he destroy your catapult for each hit.
(assume you adding the roads in coteII)In this way your catapult can only move by roads at one territory at time.
+ With catapult you can attack city. Exemple: Your catapult is in a territory where the defender have a city. You have some infantry, cavalry and CATAPULT, with, you can choose to only attack the city. With one catapult you throw 3 dices and have to make 3 of a kind to hit. With 2 catapult you have 4 dices and also have to make 3 of a kind. With 4 catapult 5 dices and 3 of a kind to hit and so on for more catapult. When the city was hitting she suffer one damage for a max of 2 hit before collapse ( assuming it's always a fortified one). By these idea adjust your own ruleswow
