I'm moving and have a homemade, fold-able plywood table previously used for tabletop miniatures gaming that I'm probably going to toss. However, I thought I may as well see if it could find a new home with a local BGGer.

My plan was to post on the Geekbay forum http://boardgamegeek.com/forum/24/boardgamegeek/geekbay and offer it for some nominal fee (like $5) which would all be donated to BGG.

Since transactions must go through the Marketplace, I would just list it as Outside the Scope of BGG with a $0.00 cost, then make a donation at http://boardgamegeek.com/support.

Alternatively, I could set the selling price of the item so that the 3% commission comes out to $5.

My basic question is whether such a transaction is allowed under the site rules and how best to approach it.

Thanks!
