So many of you have played something like Evony or Sim City to get your board gaming fix when you are alone?

I am looking for something similar to that, but maybe not as "Competitive" as Evony, and online.

Anyone have some recommendations?

Currently I am trying to see if I can get into Harvest Moon on my DS.

Anyone seen a good rail road tycoon or sim city that can be played online?

I think I'm missing the point of your post. Are you asking for a game you play solo but it's online?

I don't know about the online part, but my favorite game ever is Disgaea, which was ported to the DS. It's a grid based tactical turn-based RPG. Almost everything about the game is mathematical in nature, so it appeals a lot to the board gamer mindset (at least it seems like it to me). The best version of the game is on the PSP, but the DS version is pretty decent.

+1 for anything in the Disgaea series, but beware, it is an effectively infinite game...
