Does anyone know if there are provisions to set up already in a hull down position when a scenario defender sets up on board and the attacker sets up off board? It make sense that a unit in a prepared defensive posture would have ample time to attain hull down status at the very least. Thanks.

It would probably be a scenario rule.

ASL has this type of rule but it would be easy to implement in Panzer as a house rule if you prefer.

True enough for a house rule. But if not indended it may compromise balance.

Where allowed, it's listed in the Setup Instructions. I wouldn't recommend just adding it to the scenarios. That could affect the play balance.

Scenario 7 is an example of where the set up instructions allow it.
