Hi,

Do you know if a german corp can be SR from a Belgium occupied Port to Constantinoble?

13.1.7 covers the rules for SRing by sea 13.1.7.1 clearly states that the central powers can only use friendly ports in Russia and Germany. So, no, you can't SR by port to Constantinopel

My favorite 18xx game for six players is two games of 1846 with three players each.

Note that the CP ports are a different color from AP ports. In particular, Constantinople is an AP port, not a CP port! (This is also true for ports in Belgium). The CP ports are all around the Baltic Sea.

I've used SR via port as the CP, to pull a corps back to help keep the Russians from moving too far into Germany. But it is rare.

Just do the usual: get Bulgaria in the war, trample Serbia and take the train from Belgium to Constantinople!
