Zendo is good fun, but doesn't have a way to determine a winner if you play a few rounds (unless someone blitzes and wins more often than anyone else). It also is susceptible to a turn-order effect where often everyone works out the rule at about the same time, but the next person to play will win. We are trying giving players a score based on their green chips. After the first complete round of koans, each player MUST Mondo every time. The round ends in the usual way, but the player making the successful guess gets 3 green chips (net gain of +2 'cos they spend one to make a guess). This lets you play a few rounds and keeps everyone in the running.
