I was just wondering that if in the late 1400's, some trader from Portugal or Spain on a ship somewhere in the Pacific Ocean thought to himself..."Man, this would really make a great board game".

This may not be as bad, but I bet people sitting on the public toilet in ancient Rome never thought they would make it as the subject of a board game (the Latrina in Alea Iacta est)
