There's a homebrew campaign around here somewhere called "The Silken Threads." That's the only one I know of so far, but it's an impressive creation.

Yes! The Silken Threads is currently under playtest and it's a really impressive work. I strongly suggest it too.

Last time I checked, it required the conversion kit due to the specified monster selection.

I haven't checked in a while to see if had a alternate monster group for those of us that don't have the conversion kit.

Oh! Well... it still currently requires the Conversion Kit.

I must say, Silken Threads is the reason I had almost considered buying the conversion kit even though I don't have Descent 1e and just raiding my D&D minis collection for the necessary figures.

But then I thought I should at least finish the Shadow Rune campaign first.

I bought the Conversion Kit outright together with Descent 2nd edition (and I don't own the 1st one). I have to say that it is a great addition to the Shadow Rune campaign too. The monster and hero variety is really great.

The campaign is especially designed to include the conversion set but you can always substitude the monsters with others, or look in the glossary to find the stats:

I don't believe any of the Conversion Kit monsters are up on that site (yet).
