I use the Fantasy Flight sleeves. FFS01 (yellow package) for the smaller cards and FFS05 (grey package) for the large cards.

I use the FFG Star Wars sleeves (expensive, but as there are only a few cards in the game it is not too bad). Vader's image for the Imperial pilots and Han Solo for the rebels. For the small cards, just the basic yellow FFG card sleeves will suffice.

Any "standard" card sleeves will work for the large cards. FFG makes sleeves with art backs that use some art from the game:

They also make some with movie poster art:

I got 2 packs of star wars art sleeves before it was announced half the cards would be tiny. I never use them. i wish I could somehow sleeve my movement dials though as they seem to be taking a beating.

I got the ones from Mayday Games, they are a little cheaper

I liked the backs of the cards as is so i bought sleeves that were clear on both sides.

Is there a good box for organizing the mini american sized cards? (With or without sleeves) I am using the little plastic baggies to keep them somewhat organized and separated by type, but those are starting to be a little annoying. I am imagining a small box that I could make thin cardboard dividers like a file, and keep all the upgrade cards in the box inside my Plano organizer.

Check out CardsOne.com. They sell storage boxes for trading cards. They should have something that will work for you.

i own both for use on different games, but mayday sleeves fit the std usa cards better, they don't have the gap the FFG sleeves leave on the top.

that said, i prefer the FFG sleeves despite the slightly larger fit, since they feel better to me during shuffles and seem to last longer than the pro mayday versions, although i use Mayday's for games that need the slighlty tigher fit for storage reasons.

i've had some of my pro mayday sleeves split on me in my Lotr LCG decks.
