Is a village considered to be directly in the middle of a tile? (Can arrows on a tile stop a person from being connected to a village?)

If a village is put on a bridge tile, is the village connect only to the bridge, or to the bridge and underpass?

If a village is put on a roundabout tile, is the village connected to all directions or none?

Thanks.

As far as I remember (may be wrong):
- arrows can stop from being connected to a village
- there's no deference between an roundabout and a bridge; you can enter the village. In the bridge tile you just must continue straith, can't turn

So, yes, the village goes directly in the middle of the tile?
