No, you won't really be able to. First of all, the cards are a different size (Troyes uses Euro size cards, Tournay uses USA standard)

But more than that, because the goals are different and the way you use cards is very different, they're not really compatible. In Troyes you have a group of communal cards that anyone can use. In Tournay each player has his own district of cards. VPs are only scored at the end of the game (so those wouldn't help), and the manner of determining how many times to activate a card is absent from Tournay (you activate once: event cards are the ones you can activate more than once, usually to detrimental effect).

No. Tournay is a completely different beast, relying heavily on so-called adjacency mechanics to do its thing ('activate cards in the same row', 'activate X on placement of Y', 'activate with other players all Z') which is an alien concept to Troyes. In Troyes cards are activated irrespective of position. It's more trouble than it's worth to separate out Tournay cards which might sort-of be coerced into working with Troyes, and the end result will not be all that hot.

That said, there is now a proper expansion for Troyes, so if you feel the urge to expand you're much better off using that.
