Some notes:
The only reason I didn't rank joan of arc the worst is for her tile.  A general tile is still a general time.
As you can tell, I usually ranked cards that are dependent on your opponents moves lower then ones that aren't
I just realised that alot of the great scientist cards suck.  I ranked only one in the top ten and 3 where in the bottom ten.
Lorenzo is bottom because 1. He is a great merchant 2. He requires a fair amount of coins to make us of him (something culture players may not generate or will likely invest) and 3. It's one culture per 3 coins, making him useless to anyone but an economist, and even then not incredibly so.
I like Tesla more than Edison, but edison's card in my opinion is just a little bit better in a few more situations.

So, any comments or disagreements? Fell free to post your list on here, I'd love to see your opinions on who's the greatest.
