From the poll, I have not played Kaispeicher, Macao, and Arena Roma II.

I've enjoyed all of the ones that I've played. It's hard to pick a favorite as many of them are so different.

I did pick Castles as my favorite, but I don't think I'd refuse to play any off them. (Although, while I enjoyed Roma, I did get somewhat burned out of it quickly).

I've played Luna, Notre Dame, and Trajan. Of those, I picked Notre Dame. It's very simple, yet deep, and is not quite as overwhelming to me as the other two. I do like them all, however.

I have played all but Strasbourg, Kaispecher (I thought this was just an expansion not an actual game) and Roma II (but have played Roma I).

I like everything about Trajan, my choice.

I picked Macao because is was the best of the ones listed that I have played. However, I have heard great things about Trajan.

Maybe Kaispecher is an expansion I have no idea. I have not played it.

Macao and Trajan are neck and neck for me. Ultimately I picked Trajan, but I could go either way depending on mood.

I haven't played Roma I or II, Luna, or Kaispechier. I've played the rest.

Kaispecher expands the Speichetstadt.

I have played The Speicherstadt, CoB, Macao, and Strasbourg. I voted for Macao which is my favorite game and one of 3 "10s" in my collection. However, I also have high hopes for Trajan which is on order.

You did not add Rum & Pirates your poll.
Deliberately? (I would not vote for it...)

The "official" solo variant for Notre Dame by user GameRulesForOne is awesome. Notre Dame is great with 2 to 5, but now solo, too? Its enough for me to vote it my favorite. I have also played Macao solo, but the set up is burdensome. Love Macao and CoB when I get to play them, but I play Notre Dame the most by far.

I love ITYOTD, but The Speicherstadt might be a tad better "pound for pound".

Why not just use the game ratings data already available? That should be much more reliable than the small sample you get from a poll.

Let’s see how it differs from almost the same poll done in March.

I think Stefan may want to forget about that game also.

And yet that's the only Stefan Feld game that doesn't make me immediately cringe. Interesting.

Why? It's not even the same set of games. Nor likely the same set of respondents. Of the five games included in the linked poll, CoB was hot of the presses, and Trajan wasn't even distributed yet (in USA). Of course there will be variation. But I'm not sure what useful or interesting conclusions can be concluded from that.

As silly games go, that's actually pretty decent. But alas, people buying Alea big box games were not expecting silly. But I'm pretty sure it's the best game with a dice-fest brawl for priority among limited ship's sleeping quarters.

I wonder if the results would be a lot different from which Feld's games did you play.
