I am a potential buyer and I'd like to hear what elements of this game people find the most fun.

So... What do you love about playing Nature of the Beast?

It has a two-dimensionality positional aspect that few other card games have.

I love saying the Snow Owl attacks the Alley Cat!

And all of the event cards have a humor to them that's adorable.

It makes so much sense to play an event card that grants Favor with the humans after the Family Dog chases away a Bobcat. That dog's gonna be spoiled for life!

Great sense of humor is an important part of the game. Many things to discover as you are playing the game and not just the humor but also thoughtful in many ways.

Agreed.
It's actually a thinky kinda game, which might not be readily apparent until you play.

And I don't just mean "thinky" in terms of actually playing to win the game but it encourages you to think how things work and how they really work outside of the game. At least, it does that for me.
