Whatever you were doing before you started designing games, go back to that.

Interesting starting point for a game.

I do like the side by side time trial nature of it. You don't normally see that in board games, normally you see it in racing type videogames, or sometimes tv game shows. It encourages speed of play for sure.

Way to be supportive and welcoming of a new member.

Why would anyone want to encourage this guy's behavior? He's a total jerk. Just look at some of his other posts to see what I mean. He's declared himself a superior designer when all he's created is a Clobber variant and a variant of Bill Taylor's Snail Trail (which isn't great source material to begin with) and this... thing... Even if he wasn't such an acerbic character if I felt compelled to review any of his games I'd probably just try to let him down easy. At least Mark earns some semblance of a right to be a jerk by making exceptional games. This guy has nothing and if he doesn't lose the bravado he will continue to be my wrath's object.

You are not honest.
It is obvious that the moves are MANDATORY.

I'm just saying the rules should be unambiguous. I'm assuming moving on both boards is mandatory, but the rules shouldn't leave room for assumptions.

Remember - if you see something you want to react negatively to, flag it and forget it.

Using the icon serves two functions - first, if enough users flag a post then it will be collapsed from general view. Second, flagging posts helps bring them to the attention of the forum moderators.

Thanks!

It looks like an interesting puzzle. I would think there would be a forced win.

AFAIK "suspended" means one is not supposed to log into BGG, nor create sock puppet accounts to get around the suspension.

Lovely puzzles. I'm still trying to solve the first of them...

(Pieces move like chess rooks, but they must always move as far as they can. There are no captures. In the first puzzle, the goal is taking the four pieces to the center squares. The shortest win found takes 12 moves. In the second one, the goal is taking one of the pieces to the center square. The shortest win found takes 10 moves.)

OK, I've solved both now. My records: 16 moves for the first one and 13 for the second one.
