UPDATE: 12/1
Ok so for the most part it seems like people would be in, and happy. A few would like it set back a few days, and I can go with that.

NEW PLAN:
Offers : Dec 25th - Jan 2nd
Want List: Jan 3rd-6th (Giving you till Sunday @ midnight, I prefer a weekend)

Tell me what you think, I will not push it back any farther though (losses all meaning at that point)

Clarification:
IT is a wargame math trade but there will be rules for non-wargame items to be submitted. (I want to put up my copy of Basic Civ)

Some initial rules:

No dead beats (appeal to me if you want to, but you better have your case good to go!)

Shipping: Trader decides, minimum though will be $15 U.S. In other words, you must pay the first $15 of shipping no matter the receiver, after that you can set up any rules you want (including excluding international shipping) I used to use $10, but inflation!

Current rules for items will be:
Any amount of posts of wargames, wargame related items (my call), or Geek Gold. Non-wargame items can be posted at a ratio of 1.5:1 ROUND UP. (GO WARGAME RATIO! I might change this to make simpler, but I feel like being cheeky, if I am being to cheeky, say so.)

No limit on what can be posted as sweeteners. (So if you post Here I stand, you could post the Queens Necklace as a sweetener to it and still post 1.5 other non-wargame items separately.)

So far that's a good summary of the ideas, please give feedback.

If you were doing the Wargame secret santa, you may know that I said I would moderate a end of the year war game MATH TRADE.

If feel there is probably enough interest, and this won't be my first math trade. HOWEVER, there is one minor detail I need to hammer out.

When exactly.

I am thinking of having the item submission list open from the 23-29 (1 week), having the want list for 4 days after that. (30-2nd) Enough time for you to consider getting rid of any of those pesky presents!

It will be war game only, read: small trade, it will be international, with trader controlling shipping. If you got any other dates you would prefer just tell me. I got finals coming in the next two weeks, but I will be checking.

INPUT DESIRED:
INSERT INSULTS, THREATS, CAJOLES>>> HERE!

Edit: Edited because I'm stupid

To be clear, I'm not in the Wargame secret santa (maybe next year), but I've got games to trade away for sure.

A wargame MT would be great. But my collection is getting tight, with not many trade items. Will there be a mechanism for non-wargames? Say a one-for-one listing, I have seen that quite a few times.

IT will be open to all war gamers.

It will have the ability to post non-wargame stuff, I have done that in the past, and will do it this time around.

It will be worldwide but as stated, the trader sets terms of shipping, he might say 'free USA, reciever pays after 10$ international.' or something to that degree, I might set certain policies.

I don't know what you have to say, it makes no difference anyway: whatever it is, I'm against it!

I'm interested, but I would note that those dates could be problematic for some, what with holiday travels and all. In fact, I'm pretty certain that the only Internet access I'll have during those dates will be via my phone. Which is fine, but I would suggest looking into something a tad later...
