Got the WaW series in a trade, I usually let me 3 year old help me open mail packages, shes just excited to be opening something. Well she took a real interest in WaW: EG and the counters therein. The fellow had the old miscut counters and the new counters so I let her play with the old counters.

Dice were rolled, (The dice also became a snake), stacking limits were ignored, and at one point she said all the chits were hers and left me with nothing but we had fun. laugh

'Strike of the Eagle' with homegrown rules that I never did get the hang of but basically meant that Daddy never won.

Heres another, when she was adamant that the whole stack off the table were HERS, apparently the US, Germans, and Soviets all joined sides against me.

laugh I see he added an area control aspect to the game as well, with actual floor area being more points for him.

Patrick, thats definitely double trouble right there, one seems to be immensely pleased with your suffering and the other seems to not be amused with your theatrics.

Should have snapped a pic of my 11 year old and I playing Up Front again last night. I finally managed a win ... blasting his Group B into smithereens and devastating A with only frequent pins in return. Ha! That'll teach the punk the power of flanking fire, oh yes it will.

devil

(I'm allowed to gloat because of the thrashing he's handed me the last three games.)

Traditionally, it's the father who falls to the dark side, leaving the son to clean up

Who needs rules when you can just throw dice. The whole one white and one color dice kind of eluded my 3-year-old, he wanted the two colored ones!
