1) A failed alien attack gave away his location, can an adjacent human move into the alien's zone before the alien's turn?

I don't see why not? Humans and aliens (or two aliens) can be in the same sector and they are safe unless they are attacked.

Yes this is possible.

And whats even quite fun about this is if you are chased by two aliens who come really close to you. And as your move you move into the aliens space who has his turn "most before you". Then if that is insecure you'll get revealed to be right bellow him BUT if the other guy tries to kill you he'll need to kill his alien buddy too (since you are in the same place). Hence they will have to make a choise, to "hope" you are there and kill a friend too, or to not attack.
Been in this scenario and its hillarious :-)

I hope the Aliens don't read this.....you've just given away an excellent tactic which we Humans like to sneak in now and again.....
