A false lighthouse is meant to lure ships into thinking there is safe haven. Then the pirates loot the ship. That's why you get all that stuff. It's booty.

According to building traditions of false lightouses, those were usually installed in the dangerous locations, so that it might attract ships causing casualties. Smart builders therefore were always happy discovering crates of goods on the shore.
