the liberal unsavory type
I got a game of Gipsy King which has small wood caravan pieces. One of the orange caravans was missing, but fortunately there is an extra yellow one that I would like to paint orange. I'm not too picky about it being the exact same orange but would like to get it pretty close.
So I'm wondering what is the best kind of paint to use? I don't even know what kind of paint most wood game pieces are even done with.
Thanks in advance!
Regualr Krylon spray paint has worked fine for me. Model paint from a hobby store might get you better color selection.
I paint on brown cardboard box material since it doesn't stick too much to paint. Spray one side (a couple light coats works best) turning to get all angles, wait a few minutes for it to dry enough to nudge it out of its "shadow" to prevent sticking. When it dries more, flip it over and get the other side (and nudge again after a few minutes.
