From the description, this sounds as though this is just a card game. The question is, will there be a card mancala mechanic? Will we roll a 6 sided card to see what actions we can take? Will we use cards to pay for the card auction?

So many questions!

I'll play it. Might get it depending on gameplay.

I heard Feld's designing a sci-fi wargame with hidden objectives and lots of plastic chrome.

He could design a game based on whatever crap is in his couch and it would be awesome.

It looks like at least one player has to spend part of each turn holding the gameboard down so it doesn't float away. That's a new mechanic.

Thanks for posting the picture! Seems to be a game with dual purpose cards! I wonder if they are one time use cards or ongoing ability cards like Macao? Also, it looks like the board size is the same as CoB, what do you guys think? And does anyone have any ideas where the dice come in to play? Looks great though! This has moved into my "most anticipated Feld game of the year" spot!

It is also interesting that there seems to be meeple resources, tiles, gold? track on the board, cards, and dice that all use the same colors. Also the shape of the tiles isi interesting, is this just a novelty or is there some purpose tto the fact that it looks like you could make "pies" of three tokens? I am excited to discover how all the color similarities combine. Are they all different options that connect to a particular color card that is played? or dice that is rolled? curiouser and curiouser.....

EDIT: I also just noticed that the 4 coins? in the corners of the board seem to match up with the player pieces....I wonder how those are connected?

Whilst Couch Crap is a new and intriguing theme, it is not standard Feld territory, and I'd probably want to read the reviews first.
Unless its got gears, then I'm straight in.

Couch Crap will have different colored dice and something mancala-like and it will rule! What more do we need to think of it as Feldian?
