Hi, in November 2005 I bought LOTR Confrontation and when I opened it I was missing a piece.

One of the white stands to be precise.crycry

I emailed Fantasy Flight on 25 November and again in December and have not heard back from them.

Does anyone have a contact at FF that can help me get my missing bit?kiss

This is the form I used for missing parts, I got a fairly quick response.
The parts did take a while to arrive due to a bit of a mix up, but I did get frequent feedback.

I lost a piece to Descent about 24 hours after opening the box...I emailed them...had a reply within 90 minutes, and the new piece came gratis in the mail within 4 days. I'd keep trying, but make sure you use the customer service addy from their website.

They are great about sending stuff if you contact them. I was missing the Overlord Cards from my copy of World of Warcraft. Not only did they get right back to me, I had the cards in 5 days time by mail.

- Email sent 2 January
- Response received 4 January with request for address
- Advised piece dispatched 11 January

Stay tuned for arrival date...

I e-mailed them about a missing piece for Runebound and got no reply at all. I will try again.

This seems this happens a lot; one person contacts a company with no reply then others say they are great at responding and then another says it has happened to them also.

FFG is really hit or miss when it comes to customer service. You seem to get it right away or not at all. I've been trying for almost a month to get a sheet of counters from WoW I was shorted. I've been told it's been sent out, then it hasn't, then it has, then it hasn't etc etc. Whatever the case, I still don't have it and have to wait 5+ days for emails to be answered if at all. I've called and used every link and email address I know they have.

I just got told again they were sent out early this week. I live in the same town as them yet I STILL don't have it yet.

This same thing happened with pieces missing from Runebound except that time they just quit responding all together.

Yes, I used that the link twice and I recieved a response today. I gave them my info so now I wait and see if I recieve the piece.

Piece arrived today (18 Jan)

It is different to all the other pieces...

Have taken a pic and will email it.

I opened my copy of LOTR Confrontation Deluxe yesterday, and I was missing one of the black stands

I emailed last night at the above address but haven't heard anything to this point.

How can you be happy getting the piece if it's different to all the other pieces? Won't that make it nearly impossible to hide your character in that stand. Sure, you can randomize which characters are in which stands, but still, it should be the same.

Hmmm, well I was happy to get the envelope...

FFG is fast if you write to the correct email address, otherwise it sits for a while in a rules question folder or something.
