I'm sure the answer is quite obvious, but I can't find it! (Alternatively, if that question didn't make any sense, what do I put in the "Board Game" field on the Geeklist Add/Edit Item screen?)

Enter the board game name into the box and it will generate a list of possibilities to select from. Select an item from that list and the ID will automatically be inserted.

I think you are looking for the Object ID number that is on the right side of the information box for each entry on the geek. If that makes sense...

If you type in the box, it will search for the game and then you can select it.

It should find your game.

If you do want to just add the number, then you go to the game page.

For instance:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/19777/indonesia

And it's the number right before the game name.

19777 in the case of indonesia

Thank you all for the help. I thought maybe ObjectID was the right number, but I wasn't giving the system a chance to bring up the choices box I guess! I tried it again with ObjectID and typing the title, and it worked both ways.
