It's a Zendrum.
Someone in some thread earlier mentioned advertisers maybe not liking the Ad Block feature.

As a BGG advertiser, I have no problem with ad disabling.

Here's why:

I pay per ad impression.

Some of you goons (you know who you are), log on 10-20 times per day or more. You read everything. You don't need ads. As soon as something is mentioned, you know anyway.

I would rather my ad impression goes to some casual user who has not donated the extra bucks to Aldie, and maybe get a clickthrough to the site from this 'newbie'.

Overall, it probably makes the clicks received more targetted, and make my ad dollar last longer, as I won't be needlessly repeated in front of the hardcore bgger.
