Is there any "hidden text" in the game?

My daughter wants to play the game but her English is not that great. Can I help her translate in-game text without ruining the experience, or will she end up with cards that she can't show to anyone?

I play at EPGS on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month and if you live in Eastern PA, Western NJ or Northern DE ... you should too!

The objective cards and the action cards should remain hidden information. I say SHOULD because, as long as you're not going to intentionally thwart any cards she shows you, you can translate for her.

What I mean is, if she shows you an objective card that says, "Have at least 4 settlements and none of them are adjacent to any other settlements" (not the exact text but close), you don't go out of your way to place a settlement next to one of hers.

You could also just translate the cards. I think they have numbers on them. She could have a quick reference guide to see the translation.

Absolutely! But since her English is getting better, I was wondering if I could use this game (which she REALLY wants to try) as a subtle learning tool.
whistle

(While still making it possible for her to actually play the game.)
