Does Side A's Camp have a combat strength of 4 always, including when disordered?

Or it has the "1" printed on its disordered side when disordered?

Or it has 2 (half of 4)?

Or some other possibility I'm overlooking?

PS: I tried this scenario solo as my intro to the game. It seemed tougher for side A, who lost the first one by 2 points (all those red reinforcements! And no side A leader on turn 1! Yikes!) and managed a win in the second only because I had side B press the attack vs their camp after panicking A's army, and then improbably the remnants of A managed to eliminate enough B units to panic side B and get a glorious victory. Fun!

I'm curious about the 'why' of the increased camp strength in
this scenario. Afraid I don't know much of the history surrounding this
battle. Any help would be appreciated.

Enrico,

It's been a while since I put that scenario together. I believe the fortified camp represents the bulk of Frederick's army that was left behind in disorder when his cavalry advanced to attack the Milanese.
