Sam Phillips Beckerman
I'm working on a pitchable prototype but have been unable to find a convenient print service or game maker that can deal with this problem.
I'm fine with making them myself, but since I don't have access to professional quality cutting machines, I'm not sure what material would be soft enough for me to cut it at home without sacrificing edge integrity while still being stiff enough to use as a practical prototype.
I made a prototype out of Home Depot self-stick vinyl tiles. They cut like butter with a razor tool. Take a smooth cut using metal ruler, flip and bend at cut, then slice off from the other side. Cut into strips the heighth of your pieces first.
