Anyway, I'm fairly new to Netrunner, and to be honest, a slightly below average LCG/CCG/TCG player (last CCG I played a lot of was Pokemon a long time ago). But I am loving Netrunner and would love to improve on the game more. So, if it isn't too mich bother, I'd love any criticisms and/or opinions and/or suggestions you can make regarding my deck. My deck is as follows:
Whizzard (45 Cards)
2x Morning Star
1x Nerve Agent
1x Plascrete Carapace
2x Akametsu Mem Chip
2x Cyber Feeder
1x Liberated Accounts
2x Armitage Codebusting
2x Public Sympathy
2x Ice Carver
2x Demolition Run
3x Sure Gamble
2x Deja Vu
So the goal is to be able to run on just about anything w/ a combination of Datasucker and the Icebreakers. With Desperado, runs at least pay me back a bit of what I used. I threw in one Nerve Agent, just in case, but I find that I rarely get to use it. I used to have a Crypsis in there as well, but found it too expensive to run (I might just be playing it wrong). I'm contemplating replacing the Plascrete Carapace w/ another Medium or another Public Sympathy (or maybe even another Liberated Accounts), but haven't really decided yet.
Firstly, don't run Morning Star. The fact that virtually every corp player runs Ice Wall, and for good reason, means it can become extremely difficult to get in anywhere if the corp player starts buffing it. Corroder costs more in the long run perhaps, but will make keeping you out much harder in the mid to late game.
You're also missing a copy of Aesop's Pawnshop, which is the only way to turn Wyldside off. I'd add at least 1 in, dropping the Akamatsu mem chips, and taking Wyldside to 3. I'd also run 3 copies of Liberated Accounts, as it is a superior version of Armitage and with Modded it isn't hard to keep it around 6 credits. Not that I'm saying you should take Armitage out, but Liberated Accounts should get priority.
Overall this deck looks good, but it is a Noise deck rather than a Whizzard deck. Whizzard does better in decks that have lower virus counts and focus on one-turn wins via vamp followed by Medium runs. There, Whizzard's economic denial is key. This is a much more opportunistic deck, which fits more with Noise, so I'd switch to him with Grimoire instead of Desperado and fit some copies of Imp in.
I'm not an Anarch, so I'll leave the more subtle deck design tips to them, but these are the things that are screaming out at me.

I foresee memory issues with this deck. You only have space for your full rig +1 MU really. You might get +2 MU. Most of the time the 1 MU will be filled with a Djinn (meaning not getting to play Parasites). You are also fairly credit light. Demo Run, Deja Vu, Public Sympathy, and Morning Star are all money sinks. You might want to replace a few of them for more Armitages and Liberated Accounts.
Also have to agree you have enough viruses that this would work equally well out of Noise. Whizzard's ability is good for frying assets and upgrades while Noise is likely 1 - 2 free points with your virus mix. No Imp is surprising. Also, yea, you might want to run a Corroder as a safety valve. Not sure it'll help much, though. If you can't break a big ice with Morningstar you probably won't have the credits to break it with Corroder. You might be better served trying out some Personal Touches and changing your console to Dinosaurus. Helpful AI could be amusing too, but that's getting to be way too much influence.
