title says it all.
Click on the bottom of the post where it says, (in your post, for example) "Posted Today 12:02 pm" and that's the link you need.

Old & Chaotic Evil Bob
I'm not the Admin you are looking for
O&CE Bob has Retired as a Geek Admin
posts in threads have article numbers
here is a link Re: Boardgame Collector Microbadges (check the Owned total on your profile, that's the total)
formatting is [article = 1176162][/article] ... without spaces
I got the article ID number by clicking quote on the forum reply
you can also use the insert geek link feature
... I never use this feature, so I will not give any guidance on it's use
edit cool username just taught me something

I am BGG's official honey trap
I'll do Custom link:
'Custom Link' can be used to link to practically everything on the site without needing to know what it's called - eg video or image pages + everything else.
First go to the thing that you want to link to (if it's a specific post then I click on the posted date method)
In this case Cools post in this thread:
Remove the generic first bit
Leaving us with: /article/11724248#11724248
4. Wherever you are posting 'insert geeklink' - 'custom link'
Then enter the above code in the top box and to make it pretty what you want the link to be signposted as:
Cools Post in this thread.
Any extra spaces or missed formatting will not create a link.
Linking to items in collapsed geeklist doesn't seem to work.
This method of linking doesn't N/A items that belong to a deleted account.
