I bought my copy in December (in Italy) and it is fine. Character sheets are quite thin and the box insert was slightly damaged (being too high it was "squashed" a bit by the components in the box); it can be a bit disappointing, but you can play without problems (as I did ).
Have fun! meeple

Basically, the changes we're holding Fury back for are as follows:

1. The character sheets and Dracula reference map sheet are being replaced by thicker sheets more in line with those used in Arkham Horror and our other games.

2. The cardboard insert is being replaced by a vacuum tray insert more like the ones we normally use. The insert was getting damaged by the pack of cards rattling around in the box.

These are fairly minor changes, but we wanted to be sure that Fury was up to our usual standards. We used a different manufacturer than we usually do and were unpleasantly surprised by these particular components.

As for whether these components will be replaced in copies already released, I don't know, but I suspect it will vary by distributor. In any event, as you can see above, it's nothing to panic about. I've played with the thin character sheets and they held up okay, they just weren't up to our high component standards.

Those changes sound good, particularly to the vacuum tray insert. Is the game still on track to be in stores in early February?

Unfortunately, after ordering on the Internet (12spiel) I received the 'old' version 2 days ago. Any chance I can get the insert and the thicker character sheets at f.e. Essen?
