I would recommend starting with Boardgames To Go and The Dice Tower.

I would also recommend those two excellent podcasts - but when you are done with those good shows, try out my new one: www.boardgamebabylon.com.

If you go to http://www.columbia.edu/cu/csss/csss-other-resources.html
then you can see links to the following 4 podcasts:

* Boardgames To Go
* Dice Tower
* GeekSpeak
* Have Games, Will Travel

This also seems like a good time to plug my new podcast, The Vintage Gamer (http://www.thevintagegamer.net). The plan is to cover older board games, card games, RPGs and video games. I'm pretty sure it's going to end up being a board game/card game podcast, though -- I'm not sure how much I'll do of the last two types because of availability and compatibility, respectively.

How old, do you ask? Well, as an example, the first game I cover is 100 years old this year. Most, however, will probably have a publication date in the 70s or 80s.

Here're my faves in order, including a few 'stay away froms' at the end...

-The Dice Tower (reliable schedule, fun and informative content)
-Roll 2d6 (Not so reliable schedule, great content!)
-GeekSpeak/BoardGameSpeak (very unreliable schedule, great content, tends to go very long)
-Have Games Will Travel (reliable schedule, good content, a little dull on the delivery)
-BoardGames To Go (reliable, very dull content, a bit of a snoozefest)

There are a couple others but they tend to be half-RPG podcasts and I don't know if you're interested in listening to those.

Thanks for the help. I've checked out Tom Vasel and Joe Steadmans Dice Tower podcast and it seems pretty good. I'll try out one or two of the others too.
