A big thumbs up to Eagle Games customer service (Amy in particular) for sending me my black locomotive (starting player piece) that was missing from Railroad Tycoon. I received it within 1 week after sending in an email. Great job.

Yeah, I got good service from them as well when my Age of Mythology expansion arrived totally smashed. They were *very* quick and responsive.

I'll add my praise for Eagle also. Had a missing piece in CotE, emailed Kati, and had a reply almost immediately. The missing piece is on the way!
