For my whole collection please have a look at my Flickr gallery:
The models are from FFG, Kenner/Hasbro, Micro Machines, DeAgostini, Revell, AMT/ERTL and Wizards of the Coast "Starship Battles". My goal was to stay in scale to 1/270 as close as possible!
If you have any questions regarding the models I'm glad to answer them!

Where did you get the extra bases?
The extra bases are from Spartan Games for Firestorm Armada. Bases for Dystopian Wars should be the same size.
Nice thing is: they have the same size as the FFG bases (4cm x 4cm) and the pegs have the same diameter (3 mm). With a bit of modification you could use them for the FFG models.
compare with http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/951875/how-to-build-your...
The pegs need a bit of filing to fit into the hole of the base. This seems normal. For the micro machine models I make the pegs at the top a bit more spiky.

I'm planning on combining the two AMT/ERTL sets "Battle of Hoth Rebel Base" and "Battle of Hoth Action Scene"
I just got the two kits, so there is still a lot of work to do. But the scale is great! I combined the sets with AT-ATs from DeAgostini (which are considerably smaller then the AT-ATs from the set) and AT-STs from Micro Machine.
The Rebel Base will be just for scenery, and the "Action Scene" is like the finish line for the AT-ATs where they try to blow up the energy shield.
The existing rules for similar missions inspired me so far, but I think I will expand them a little bit. But that's for the future!
Satellites from Firestorm Armada. They come with the shown bases!
ARC 170 from Starship Battles (WotC). With 3,5cm length it's too small (1:414), it should be 5,4cm. On the right is a Micro Machine Borg Cubus
from the Titanium Series from Micro Machines: IG-2000 (6,5cm , 1:308) and the Virago. I guess the Virago is 1:350, it's hard to tell with the foldable wings.
Virago with folded wings. The canons are rotatable 180°.
You listed the Micro Machines Escape Pod as 1/244 scale at 4.1cm length.
That would put the actual size at 10m in length, which seems much too large.
Somewhere it states the actual size is 3.5m.
