In the BGG description of this game it says:
"•Place one card from your hand at the end of a row."
However this is not consistent with the german rules. So I wonder if there is a difference between the chinese edition ("Pets") and the german edition ("Gauner"). Can somebody please clarify this ?

I don't own the game, so I don't have the complete rule.

According to the description of a Taiwan blogger, "place one card from your hand at the end of a row (left end or right end of a row you choose)" is one of the three actions.

BTW, the Gauner English rule (in the file section) seems to be wrong. I didn't check the whole rulebook, but the following mistake is obvious:

Gauner English rule:
Quote:
COURSE OF THE GAME
The player immediately to the left of the dealer begins and performs one after the other, and in the following sequence, three actions:

In Chinese rulebook:
Quote:
遊戲進行
輪到你的回合時,你「必須」從下列三種動作中選一個做:

(translated)
COURSE OF THE GAME
The player immediately to the left of the dealer begins and performs (chooses) one of the three actions:

Actually, if you go to see the 5th photo, you can see the following sentence:
The player on turn has three **(covered)** "must" choose one of these **(covered)**
