Subject: Majority/Controlling mobster chooses public docks or trucks? rss

If there are 2 trucks lined up at a public dock, can the majority/controlling mobster choose to sell to one truck but not another at the public dock? Or does he just choose whether or not the public dock will be used?

Well,

from the rules, page 11, Phase 5--> 2. --> c

"Whiskey is sold from Trucks in the order they are lined up (which is of course, Muscle card order)."

So I would say no, the controlling/marjority mobster does not choose the order of sales, muscle card order does.

With that said, in the spirit of the game, wheeling and dealing could probably be done to swing the sale in the favor one person or another via bribes/threats.

More to the point though is the next sentence...

"Once a truck is turned down, all shipping to that speakeasy is stopped."

So if you deny the first truck at the public dock, you are done.
