I just laser etched and cut an 18XX Dividend Tracker out of 1/8" plywood and tokens from 3mm clear acrylic with printed labels.

That's very handsome. Much better than the piece of printer paper, hastily gridded into a 10x5 array and numbered with a dull pencil that I've been using for the last couple of years. I would say it'd be great if the numbers were aligned in such a way that a 10 point jump would be easy, but actually I don't think it matters.

Any chance you're going to make a few extras?

Yes, I know a proper 18XX tile should have a tile number.

While you're at it, the smallest possible run is $20 ($2/share); that would take some work, running from the Penn home to a dit/dot/small town.

If you did it with a template only 12 numbers need to be shifted.

The largest run I've seen in 1830 is ~$110/share.

True, but what have you seen in other games?

I've seen as much as $170/share in some.

Certainly $300+/share in things like 18C2C. No more than $500/share that I can recall ATM.

I was thinking it could be generic so a $1/share payout might be theoretically possible, if not pathetic in games where half dividends were allowed.

Wow! I don't remember ever seeing a dividend that high. It would be easy enough to make additional boards that continue where the last one left off. I was trying to keep them reasonably sized (4" x 11") to save table space. I'll mention it to my wife to see if she wants to offer the higher number ones. I guess it would depend on if there was even any interest in the base one (1-99).

I'd certainly be interested, though I wouldn't need one that goes higher than that. At least, not yet.

I'd like to have one of those. If you number it 0-99 or 1-100, then for the really large dividends you can wrap around.

Even simpler is to have a 0-99 and than a 1-5 or so as a hundreds counter.

I am in the process of getting this up on the website for sale. It will be a few more days while I finalize the graphic for the markers. For now it will be the single board as Roger posted.

If you want a larger board, a second board with more numbers, etc, I'll ask that you email me about it.
