Greetings fellow Carcassonnians,

The top floor of the tower can hold 12 river tiles.

However there are 26 river tiles in existence (River 1, River 2 and GC11).

Has anyone ever made his own tower with a deeper top floor?

One that can hold all 26 river tiles?

Carcassonnecentral tells me that the tower has these dimensions:
Scott wrote:
Tower: 118.42mm wide x 66.12mm deep x 228mm tall (too tall to measure with caliper) - (too heavy; need a larger capacity scale)
Tiles: 45.00mm long x 45.00mm wide x 2.05mm thick (thickness varies between expansions from 1.92mm to 2.05mm) - 2.81g

That means the top floor would need to be increased by 10.25 mm (5*2.05mm).

Has anyone experience in building their own tower?

I built a wooden tower for the tiles.

Kettlefish made a me a tower the same as hers, and it arrived yesterday:

Each of the three sections holds exactly 96 tiles (Winter Edition plus two copies of Gingerbread Man).
