I am slightly red/green color blind and am having a problem with telling what color crystals I should receive from the crystal mine location on the map tiles. Is there any list of what color coincides with a particular numbered tile? Could someone perhaps be kind enough and list for me which mine is what color per map tile?

Thanks in advanced

Thank you very much David, here is some kind sir

Wow I had no idea that some were two colors.

I also have a problem with the colors on the character cards which denote the starting crystals the dummy player receives. But someone was kind enough to message me them. Here they are so I can bookmark this for later:

Tovak: blue blue red
Norowas: white white green
Wolfhawk: white white blue
Goldyx: green green blue
Arythea: red red white

edit: corrected Norowas

If you have an ios device there is a nice app that takes care of the dummy player for you. You wouldn't need need to worry about the colors. The app is called "Mage knight dummy player".

I have an iPad so it looks a little weird plus I don't mind using the dummy player manually. I can't wait to try Volkare.

The expansion tiles have "deep mines" that have two or four colors. It's pretty obvious when you look at them.

Well the blue and white colors are not a problem but I would swear the green mine was red and the red one looks like a faded burnt orange to me.

I'm to lazy to look it up, but I'm sure Norowas is white, white, green.

My father has the same problem and has always loved electronics. I remember as a kid, sitting next to him to help him with the color coded wires in the Heathkits he would assemble. It was always a strange idea to me when I was that little trying to understand how he couldn't see colors like I did. I still have fond memories of working on those kits with him 40 years later.

Regardless of being slightly color blind, am I the only one that thinks the crystal icon colors on the character cards are hard to differentiate?

My vision is normal as far as I know, the tiny icons on the character sheets are small but the colors are ok to tell apart.

I did have a huge problem telling if a city stack was supposed to be brown-yellow or white though. (before I realized that they must be white).

He's talking about the color of the circles on the click base of the cities that indicate which enemies are defending the city. Use these instead.

Oh, gotcha. I'd be screwed without that print out.
