Ladies and Gents,
Montrose Games is proud to announce Tymor, a fantasy strategy board game for 2-4 players. The game features a unique season mechanic that determines not only the players' economic production, but also their odds of success in combat. That mechanic, together with a modular, player-placed board and 20 unique special cards that guide (but don't dictate) each player's strategy, assures that each game of Tymor is different from the last.

Full disclosure: We're a brand-new indie board game developer out of Houston, Texas. We've been developing Tymor for over a year now, and it's our very first project. We've also been lurking on BGG for a long while! This is a Kickstarter for the *artwork* for our game, but we are offering a limited number of hand-assembled prototypes for our backers.
To pique your interest, below is an example of some of the special card artwork. For those of you inclined to back the project, prototype game boxes are scheduled for delivery in September of this year. They'll be made by hand, by us, in Houston, Texas, USA.
Thanks and please wish us luck!
