Hey, so the expansion is due out in less than 10 weeks and we honestly know a lot about the game from Heroes to Masterminds to new teams, even. However, more is better, right? =P I think it would awesome if we could get a little more hype about it through a fun weekly reveal, Brenzor. Just one new thing a week would tide the most ravenous of us over, and you would really only need 8 or 9 things (couple heroes here, a bystander mechanic there, now a villain, oooo! a mastermind, etc.) because you obviously wouldn't do another reveal when the game is OUT. Just throwin' it out there whistle

PS - Was anybody else on Smash Bros. Dojo leading up to the release of Brawl? They had a new update every single day with a new music score, character, item, special move, whatever! It was outstanding and definitely kept their site on my browser's bookmarks.

I agree. I like when the fans are given new info each week. It helps build hype for the game and keeps everyone involved with the forums. It's a win-win. I hope they start doing this.

Patience...Patience... I know all about the hype machine and trust me, I have a plan. You know, like the Cylons did.

Is that a hint to the new stand alone game? =\

You have no idea how long I sat at the reply screen trying to think of the wittiest way to use "frak" in my response...but I give up. You already had my respect for the constant feedback on these forums, but now it's over the top! I'm definitely excited for what you've come up with =)

So Fantastic Four will be exactly 100 cards.

How about:

4 Heroes (56 cards)
1 Mastermind (5 cards)
3 Villain Groups (24 cards)
1 Henchmen group (10 cards)
5 Schemes (5 cards)

Silver Surfer is confirmed as well, so that's at least 5 heroes in the FF expansion.

I think a lot of people, myself included, are also hoping She-Hulk will be included with the FF, but I'm not sure the numbers work out if it's limited to 100 cards.

Okay, Silver Surfer may be confirmed, but is he confirmed as a hero? Galactus needs his heralds . . .

Tom Vasel only reported that Silver Surfer would be in the FF expansion, not as a hero specifically, I think. But I don't think it's at all likely that Silver Surfer would be anything but a hero. He's too popular to just throw in with the "Heralds of Galactus" villain deck.

How about this?

5 Heroes (Silver Surfer, Invisible Woman, Mr.F, Thing and Torch) = 70
2 Masterminds (Galactus and Mole Man) = 10
1 Villain group (Heralds) = 8
1 Henchmen group (Mole People) = 10
2 Schemes (1 per Mastermind) = 2

for 100 cards in total.

I concur, that looks very reasonable!

We know the cost of Dark City, but do we know the MSRP of the smaller sets?

Maybe if we ask real nicely they'll increase the FF expansion card count to 114?

Or we can hope She-Hulk shows up in another expansion down the road.

Or maybe she's in and Silver Surfer is a Herald villain. We won't know until they tell us for sure. So far we're all just guessing.

I just submitted the Fantastic Four expansion to BGG, and a friendly GeekMod accepted it. So everyone can go add it to their wishlists now!

Doesn't Fantasy Flight have the rights for BSG? Or is that something thats coming up soon? I wouldn't mind seeing that.

Seriously jonesing for some news lately...

I'm curious about the power breakdown for each character. Will Colossus be all strength? Daredevil split between instinct and covert, with some tech thrown in for the billy club?
