Any idea how good customer support is for this game....finally got mine, but my rules were missing from my copy....who can I contact for support?

I was missing something as well and was given this address from Jeff:
warehouse@gamesalute.com

Email them with your KS name and shipping info, as well as what was wrong.

Had my missing item within a week.

Oh, and Jeff answered my PM within the hour.

So id say they have excellent customer service.
I would also PM Jeff directly through the KS.
I understand he likes to be kept in the loop of things like this.
