I think it's good. The other alternative (which I'd pick for a competition, not necessarily for casual play) is to demote one OS to Academy, and swap out Turr+VI+Stealth for Soontir+PTL.

Both TIE/In drop in effectiveness against big ships, but (1) Soontir's pilot ability stays more useful against big ships and (2) Stealth is awesome, but HLC (big ships again) has a good chance of stripping it. Extra tokens are always good.

But, honestly, the difference is minimal. Maneuvering and dice will be the signal, and the Turr/Soontir choice is barely noise.

("Rate My Build" posts are probably better in Strategy, BTW, I think.)

As far as I know, not easily.

As a personal thing, I don't particularly like the Mercenary Copilot. I generally only expect 2-3 shots from the Heavy Cannon in any case, and investing an extra 2 points to add one crit each to one or two of those attacks seems like an extravagance.

As a more general point, I just read a comment from ryan3740 in the Strategy forum here that "one Interceptor is a target, but two are a team". There's only one Interceptor here, and he'll almost certainly be your opponent's first priority to take down--and an opponent with a missile, a Gunner, or a Heavy Laser Cannon stands a good chance of basically ignoring your Stealth Device.

Overall, though, it's a pretty good list. I recently spent some time mulling over some similar builds (Firespray + escorts) at my blog.
