I would appreciate an map clarification.

There is a very short river mouth between Cornwall and the area just east of Ogdensburg. Are these two area considered adjacent for purposes of land movement of would an army have to go there by water movement or roundabout via another space ?

Cheers

I have played this as being adjacent for land movement.

Brandon is correct. The areas are adjacent for land movement.
