It sounds very variable depending on the quests taken, so could be faster, could be slower. But 1-2 Hours I think was the general area.

That was based in what one of the IO worlds guys said, rather than an outright guess Don't trust my memory though ^^

Well what IO said was that you change the length (and complexity) quite a bit. Basic games can last 1-2 hours depending on number of players and the more advanced versions are gonna be about 3-4 hours (or more) depending on players, teaching time, ect.

Chris is right - Game play depends on the scenario. Many can be done in 60-90 minutes, but there are others that take 3-4 hours.
