1. When Plots ask to remove a Henchman, one could also remove the Trained Bird. Agreed?

As written, probably yes. As intended, less likely. I'd play it as not, because other villains don't have nerfable powers.

What's your track record at guessing intention?

Not quite following "nerfable". The card says all game effects, we know not a recruited henchman, so no tie-break, and no levelling up. What game-effects do you think is meant?

Not perfect, but far more hits than misses. Generally when a FAQ comes out, I don't have to modify my rules much, if at all.

When you remove a henchman, it doesn't just go back to HQ. It has to be re-acquired. Name another villain's power-up ability that can be completely removed from play such that you'd have to level up and select it again to re-acquire it.
