I haven't delved into book building yet, but I want to try to with the Forcemaster. What are some basic changes to the base book that would greatly improve the Forcemaster?

They've given you a suggested deck. Why not just try it first?

My bad. I speed-read your post as "...I want to try to with the Forcemaster"

Haha I had no idea there was an LDS microbadge. Looks like that's the one I'll be saving up for next.

Add nature enchantment buffs for the Forcemaster like Bear Strength and Mongoose Agility, add Vampirism, and add equipment like Leather Boots, Gauntlets of Strength, and Elemental Cloak. A Battleforge is a good idea too.

also good to deduce what's on the chopping block... based on your personal playstyle *and* the flavor you're going for (creatureless, mono-big(stalker), rushbeats(direct-dmg)).

IMHO:

Forcefield is overrated, I'd rather melt faces.

Invisible Stalker is expensive, I'd rather have Teleports(contingency).

Your two Satellites (e.g. thoughtspore and the like) are rarely BOTH needed, pick one to focus on.

More Enfeeble(s); more Forcepush(s); more Ghoul Rot(s).

*** you can move yourself before any ACTION PHASES in two ways: Forcepush and Teleport. This is vital to understanding proper Forcemaster Meta. ***

That's something I need to work on. Building a book around my playing style. I like the more rush and slaughter approach, so these are great suggestions.

Forcemaster can be a deadly Rusher.

1> Sprint to NC(near center); QC: Forceblade
2> Walk to FC(far center); Force-pull, Force-push(Self), or Teleport
3> Double-strike + Battle Fury (hopefully, with initiative)

...fuzzy from here, but you will have some mana saved for Mind-control(s).
